LA CASA PENSION POLICIES/ HOUSE RULES
La Casa Pension aims to provide our guests with Clean, Comfortable yet Economical accommodation experience. The following Policy/House Rules have been formulated to enhance and be at par with tourism standards, and based on industry standards and La Casa Pension’s operational and management experience since 1988. These Policies are created to protect the interest of both the guests and the establishment with careful considerations to the existing mandates of Philippine Law. These Policies are presented to serve as a mutual understanding and fair agreement between the guest/s and La Casa Pension which will ensure a safe, enjoyable and satisfying accommodation experience. By reading, understanding and booking a reservation online then signing our registration upon arrival, our guest/s are deemed to agree and abide by these Policies and House Rules.
La Casa Pension will update these policies as needed.
RESERVATION/ CHECK IN POLICY
La Casa Pension accepts both Online and Walk-in Bookings.
Guests must be 18 years old & above to check-in. (Please see policy on Underage below)
Room rates are quoted in Philippine currency (PH Pesos) on a per room, per night basis, and are valid for single or double occupancy, plus extra person/s if applicable.
For online bookings, RedDoorz Philippines and other OTA's Terms & Conditions shall apply.
Room rates are inclusive of government taxes.
Extra Person/s will incur an additional cost of Php 300.00 net excluding breakfast and an optional extra mattress, pillow and towel.
Standard Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 nn.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charges depending on room availability.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
POLICY ON CHILDREN
Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), excluding breakfast with optional mattress, pillow & towel.
13 years old above will be considered “Extra Person” and charged P300/ head excluding breakfast with optional mattress, pillow & towel.
As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children, Guests are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times.
POLICY ON UNDERAGE GUESTS/ VISITORS
La Casa Pension does not allow Underage (Below 18 years old) Male or Female guests to check in.
Minor/ Underage visitor(s) or companion(s) who is not related to the guest will not be allowed to enter the guest’s room.
La Casa Pension through its Front Desk reserve the right to demand for a Valid Photo Identification Card with indication of birth details should a guest appear to be a Minor/ Underage.
The guest is not allowed to vouch for a minor/ underage visitor
A common area, lounge and lobby are available for use of the guest and their visitors
Visitors are only allowed inside the Guest's room until 10:00 PM. Otherwise, P300 shall be charged to the Guest for "Extra Person" fee.
La Casa Pension Management reserve the right to evict the guest should this policy be violated.
ONLINE RESERVATION/ CONFIRMATION POLICY
Please note that electronic booking confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our booking transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates.
In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control.
Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other booking information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings at any time for any reason.
For walk-in guests, cancellations made within the check-in date shall be charged full amount of the room rate.

La Casa Pension only accepts CASH payment at the property.
Online/Prepaid payments shall not be granted cash refunds at the property.
For online bookings' refund policies, please refer to RedDoorz and other OTA's Terms and Conditions via their respective booking platform site.
DISCOUNTS & PRIVILEGES POLICY
La Casa Pension do not offer special rates nor discounts to affiliated groups or organizations, corporate or company packages or government employees or agencies.
La Casa Pension honors discounts to FILIPINO Senior Citizens ONLY, and the corresponding amount of percentage discount applicable as mandated by law.
Filipino Senior Citizens must present their Valid Senior Citizen Identification Card upon payment to avail of the privileged discount.
Failure to present Valid Senior Citizen ID Card, no discount shall be honored to the guest.
Senior Citizen Discounts are only applied to Guest's with direct/ walk-in booking at La Casa Pension.
Senior Citizens who book through RedDoorz and other third party OTA's can avail of the discount, provided that the property's "Walk-in" rate shall be applied.
As mandated by the local government through the City ordinance imposed, our no smoking policy is strictly enforced.
Guests are not permitted to smoke tobacco, cigars, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vapes, as well as burning of incense, candles, aromatic oils or other strong-smelling essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.
Designated smoking areas are available at our covered outdoor space in either the front or back patios.
A penalty of P1000 applies for violation of this policy, and management reserves the right to discontinue or cancel the services provided to the violator without refund.
NO-COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS POLICY
Preparation of food in all our rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.
Cooking appliances such as microwave ovens, toasters, coffee makers, water heaters, rice cookers, portable electric/gas/butane stoves or any other items intended for cooking are prohibited.
A minimum fee of P1, 000.00 will be charged for violation of this policy.
Fireworks and/or firecrackers are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.
A microwave oven and electric water pot are available in the kitchen area for all registered guests.
GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
La Casa Pension promotes a friendly and peaceful environment, Management will not tolerate unruly behavior that could affect, disturb, interfere or trouble other patrons and staffs.
The Management will ensure that proper etiquette, considerations and courtesy be observed among guests to promote harmonious environment within the facility.
Guests are encouraged to conduct themselves with proper manners, and courteous treatment to fellow guests and employees of the facility.
Guests with Intolerable, abusive behavior, utters offensive or racial remarks, inflicted physical or verbal abuse towards fellow guests or hotel employees shall be evicted promptly and will be reported to the local authorities if management deem necessary.
SAFETY & SECURITY POLICY
For security purposes, all incoming guests will be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon registration for check-in. Out of country guests must present passport to the front desk clerk.
Front Desk staffs have the right to reproduce/ photocopy the said ID for filing and documentation.
La Casa Pension Management reserve the right to refuse/ deny services to anyone whom the management deem to possibly be a threat or interfere with the general welfare and safety of the other guests, staffs and the rest of the establishment.
La Casa Pension also has on sight security personnel and locked gates at night. Should a guest arrive at a time when the gates are closed, our security guard will assist you in entering the hotel.
The property is also equipped with Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras installed in key areas for added security.
Management has sole authority to approve requests for reviews and the sole right to operate the CCTV equipment.
POLICY ON FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES, AMMUNITION & DEADLY WEAPONS
Firearms, explosive devices, guns and ammunition are not allowed within the facility.
Other deadly weapons such as knives, swords, and other sharp objects and the likes must be declared upon check in and will be subject for deposit as deemed necessary by management.
SAFEKEEPING & VALUABLES POLICY
La Casa Pension is not liable for any loss or damages to guests’ valuables (cash, travel documents, mobile phones, gadgets, etc.). Safe-keeping service is available for guests free of charge. Aside from the individual in-room safety deposit boxes, an additional secured vault is also available at the front desk.
POLICY ON LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS OR PROPERTIES
Room attendants/ housekeeping staffs regularly inspect the electronics, appliances, light fixtures, toilet fixtures, wood fixtures, glasses, drapes, bed sheets, linens, mattresses and other items in all the rooms to ensure quality.
Damages or loss of items due to client’s negligence shall be charged.
The amount of charges for damaged or lost properties shall be evaluated and determined by the management.
Should guest notice a deteriorating condition of any item/(s), guest is encouraged to notify any staff on duty for repair or replacement, to prevent further damages on the said item/(s)
Housekeeping is provided daily between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily and a detailed checking of electrical, appliances, fixtures and other items are noted.
Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition, guests are encouraged to maintain a standard of cleanliness.
LOST & FOUND ITEMS POLICY
La Casa Pension assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings as well as any item(s) left behind by a guest.
However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to 15 days.
Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately via landline or E-mail and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE
Please notify Front Desk or any Staff on duty in the event of a fire or other emergency.
Fire extinguishers are situated strategically along the hallway, lobby, kitchen and porch for emergency use.
A map that shows emergency exits can be found at the back of the room door and in the guest Information handbook located in each guest room.
FIRE SAFETY POLICY
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire safety information in guest room handbook, and emergency evacuation plans on the door of each guest room. Please review this important information.
Fire Stations and other emergency numbers are available at the front desk area.
FREE WIFI ACCESS
Access to our WIFI is free for our registered guests. The hotel WIFI access code is subject to change without notice.
WIFI signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our WIFI-signal provider, and interference from other local wireless signals.
La Casa Pension assumes no liability for guest use.
PARKING AT OWN RISK POLICY
All guest(s) vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in.
Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles parked are at the risk of the owner.
La Casa Pension shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES
La Casa Pension reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Policies/House Rules or the content featured on our Hotel website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for any update. Any modification to these Policy/House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copy of these Policy/House Rules is published on our website, in the Guest Room Handbook, and available from Front Desk staff upon request.
